So a good number of you seem to be interested in this so I’m organizing this get-well plus thank you message compilation for our beloved Oda-sensei.
As you all know, Oda-sensei is currently ill and since they said that “One Piece is on hiatus until an unforeseeable future” it would seem that it’s quite bad.
As fellow One Piece fans we owe it to Oda who made such a wonderful series that changes our world and even our lives.
So why don’t we rally all the fans and make him a get well and thank you gift?

I’m planning to make a book that contains all of our messages for Odacchi. It will have three segments: message, handwritten message, and fanarts. This book will then be sent to Oda, hopefully to encourage him when he’s under the weather.
Your message doesn’t have to be a get-well-soon message. In fact it’s possible that Oda gets well before this arrives. You can have it be a thank you or an appreciation message too.

So obviously I’m going to split the costs between all of us. If there’s a lot of us, it’s going to be cheaper. Right now I’m thinking $1 for each person (I really don’t know how many people would be interested, but I need at least 50 people paying $1 each to break even)
OR, I would be charging people 50 cents for a message (3-4 lines via e-mail or message), 75 cents for a handwritten message (if you handwrite your message, scan it, and then send it to me - about postcard or index card sized) and $1 for a fanart.
(Fees are tentative until I know exactly how many people are willing to commit to this)
I still don’t know what to do with the rest of the fee if I get more than the publishing fee though.
